A short walk will bring to you the wonderful architecture of St. Mark's Square dominated by the majesty of the huge bell tower or the “paron de casa” (master of the house) as the Venetians call it.
The position of the hotel allows you to reach Riva degli Schiavoni, without encountering a single bridge, this is the landing point for the water vessels coming from the major arrival terminals of the city.

HOW TO FIND US
From Santa Lucia Railway Station and from Piazzale Roma:
- by TAXI private water vessel to the landing point of the hotel.
We recommend that you agree on a price before embarking and check that the taxi is authorised (recognisable by the yellow strip on the sides and the concession number).
- by VAPORETTO (public transport service) line 51 or 2 across the Giudecca Canal, San Zaccaria stop. From here go in the direction of Campo San Zaccaria and then towards Campo San Provolo then proceed along the Fondamenta Osmarin. Once you have passed ponte dei Greci, you will find the hotel on your immediate left. For those who want to take their time and enjoy the beautiful views of the Canal Grande it is possible to take line 1, getting off at the San Zaccaria stop.
From the Tronchetto (Car Terminal):
- by VAPORETTO (public transport service) line 2, across the Giudecca Canal until you come to the San Zaccaria stop then proceed as above.
From Venice's Marco Polo Airport
- by PRIVATE WATER TAXI as far as the Hotel. We recommend that you agree on a price before you embark and check that the taxi is authorised (recognisable by the yellow strip on the sides and the concession number).
- By ATVO or ACTV shuttle bus as far as Piazzale Roma and then by VAPORETTO lines 1, 51 or 2 as far as the San Zaccaria landing point. From here go in the direction of Campo San Zaccaria and then towards Campo San Provolo then proceeding along the Fondamenta Osmarin. Once you have passedponte dei Greci, you will find the Hotel on your immediate left.
- By the VAPORETTO ALILAGUNA which, leaving from the dock of the Airport, reaches San Zaccaria from where you can proceed as above.
From Treviso's San Giuseppe Airport
A shuttle service connects Treviso airport with Piazzale Roma in Venice in correspondence with the major flights. From Piazzale Roma you can take the VAPORETTO (public transport system) line 51 or 2 across the Giudecca canal, getting off at San Zaccaria, From here go in the direction of Campo San Zaccaria and then towards Campo San Provolo before proceeding along the Fondamenta Osmarin. Having passed ponte dei Greci, you will find the Hotel on your immediate left. For those of you who want to take it easy and enjoy the views of the Canal Grande it is also possible to take line 1, getting off at San Zaccaria.
